1. Choose your Herlistic Herbal Infused Oil based on your desired goal
2. Apply 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand. Inhale deeply, and then gently massage the oil into clean skin.

3. Massage 1-2 dropperfuls over your entire body after shower or bath.
4. Apply half a dropper onto the scalp and massage to stimulate. To use as a deep treatment, wrap hair in a warm towel or cover with a plastic cap for 5-10 minutes.
5. Massage one drop of oil into nails and cuticles
