RETURNS 

Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective  merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits. REFUNDS

AUTOSHIP & AUTOSHIP CANCELLATIONS 

Autoship cancellations must be received in writing via email 3 business days before the next autoship run date. Request made outside of the 3 day period will not be accepted or refunded. By enrolling in our auto-ship program and receiving our 15% off monthly discount you agree to these terms and conditions.
